On 29th September, I have been invited to organize and present a sales and marketing workshop at Stansted Airport.

This is a collaboration with BE Group.

I am really looking forward to the workshop and meeting SME’s from around the UK.

Last year, I ran the first of this workshop series that was held at Croydon College. This was specifically based around lead generation and business development for SME’s.

We had terrific feedback, (often months after the workshop) when the SME’s concerned had implemented some of my tactics in their business; and this had resulted in attaining new customers and orders.

The new knowledge also encouraged them into changing some parts of their sales process to work more effectively and this helped them reduce operating costs, via the introduction of new systems such as CRM for customer management.
